Construction monitoring provides the client with independent verification that contracted work has been completed in accordance with specified requirements. Our firm provides specialty construction administration and inspection services including acting as the Owner's Representative for projects ranging from small residential jobs to large scale infrastructure work. Our specialized expertise in historic preservation, masonry construction, and tile and terra cotta finishes helps ensure high quality work. We inspect materials, review submittals and mockups, provide daily site monitoring, document work, survey quantities, and punch list completed work.

We provide monitoring and quality assurance services to General Contractors. Our contractor clients know that providing internal review strengthens the competitiveness of bids and ensures that work will be accepted the first time, eliminating delays and cost overruns due to unacceptable work.

JBC is a Woman Owned Business (WBE). Our conservators are NYCT Track Trained and and meet the Historic Preservation Specialist requirement of Section 2HP.
